Self isolation is not an easy thing to do, especially for those who have never done it before.Times like these will create a new environment for stress, anxiety and depression. I ask that in these times you look deep inside and find a way to bring light to our current situation. If you are going to watch the news, try watching it once or twice a day to stay up-to-date on whats going on, then shut it off. Listen to some calming music and podcast about positivity. Try meditating when you feel the anxiety building up. Create some art, start working on that business you have always wanted to build. We will get past this and learn from our mistakes.
